Mayor Sam Adams has declared April Portland Comics Month! This is the second year that this proclamation has recognized the importance of comics to the city of Portland and to the artistic community at large.

With local comics publishers such as Dark Horse Comics, Top Shelf Productions, and Oni Press, the Portland comics community thrives, and Bowler Hat Comics is proud to be a part of it.
